Jenny Connor

Occupational Therapist / Director

Jenny graduated with a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Therapy after completing a Bachelor of Science and Psychology.

Jenny has worked as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist for over 20 years. Jenny has had experience working in community, special schools and clinic settings. Jenny has worked at Early Intervention services as a Keyworker and part of a transdisciplinary team.

Jenny has extensive post graduate training including:

  • Family Partnership
  • Strengths-based practice
  • DIR Floortime model
  • Sensory processing
  • Social thinking
 

Jenny has spent 6 years working in private practice with children and their families (0-16 years) receiving NDIS funding before starting her own practice; Pathways Children’s Therapy Services. 

Jenny works with any children with a disability or developmental delay and has extensive experience with children on the Autism spectrum.

Lynette Hillbrick

Occupational Therapist

Lynette qualified with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Occupational Therapy.

Lynette has over 20 years experience working with children in Early Intervention in specialist services, private practice and community health.

Lynette has extensive training in Strengths-Based Practice and Family Partnerships.

Lynette is trained in Sequential Oral Sensory approach to fussy and restricted eating and the DIR/Floortime model working with children with Autism and their family to help them relate and function to the best of their ability in their daily lives.

Lynette is committed to working collaboratively with families and has had extensive experience as part of a transdisciplinary team.

Lynette has qualifications in leadership and management, and has held management roles within organisations in the past.

 

Sobia Akram

Occupational Therapist

Sobia graduated with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Occupational Therapy from the University of Allied Health Sciences, Pakistan.

Before joining Pathways Children’s Therapy Services in 2025, she worked as an Occupational Therapist in various clinical settings in Pakistan for over seven years.

Sobia has experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.

She is dedicated to collaborating closely with children and their families to support them in achieving their goals and developing independence in daily life skills.

Sobia continues to pursue ongoing professional development and is committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments where every child feels valued and capable.

Rebecca Salvaggio

Occupational Therapist

Rebecca graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) in 2025.

After completing a clinic placement in Paediatrics in her final year of her OT degree, Rebecca decided that Paediatrics was the area she wanted to specialise in.

Rebecca has prior experience working with teenagers, coaching at a local high school. As a young Occupational Therapist she enjoys connecting with teenagers, and she is passionate about working with teenagers to empower them for adulthood. Rebecca is equally passionate about working with younger children to build strong foundations through creating engaging goal focused therapy sessions that empower children to thrive.

Rebecca is very excited to complete her training in Aquatic Therapy and pursue the running of the Aquatic Occupational Therapy Program at Pathways Children’s Therapy Services.

Rebecca is committed to working with children and their families in a way that focuses on each child’s unique strengths and potential.
