Jennifer Connor
Occupational Therapist/Manager
Jenny graduated with a post graduate diploma in Occupational Therapy after completing a Bachelor of Science and Psychology.
Jenny has worked as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist for over 20 years. Jenny has had experience working in community, special schools and clinic settings. Jenny has worked at Early Intervention services as a Keyworker and part of a transdisciplinary team.
Jenny has extensive post graduate training including:
- Family Partnership
- Strength based practice
- DIR Floortime model
- Sensory processing
- Social thinking
Jenny has spent the past 6 years working in private practice with children and their families (0-16 years) receiving NDIS funding before starting her own practice; Pathways Children's Therapy Services.
Jenny works with any children with a disability or developmental delay and has extensive experience with children on the Autism spectrum.
Lynette Hillbrick
Occupational Therapist
Lynette qualified with a Bachelor of Applied Science - Occupational Therapy.
Lynette has over 20 years experience working with children in Early Intervention in specialist services, private practice and community health.
Lynette has extensive training in Strengths Based Practice and Family Partnerships.
Lynette is trained in Sequential Oral Sensory apporach to fussy and restricted eating and the DIR/Floortime model working with children with Autism and their family to help them relate and function to the best of their ability in their daily lives.
Lynette is committed to working collaboratively with families and has had extensive experience as part of a transdisciplinary team. Lynette has qualifications in leadership and management, and has held management roles within organisations in the past.
Morgan Evans
Occupational Therapist
Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice from La Trobe University.
Throughout her career, Morgan has remained committed to collaboratively working with children and their families to empower them to achieve their goals. Since joining the Pathways team, Morgan has expanded her expertise and knowledge, now specialising in facilitating high school transitions and working closely with local school communities to establish group programs tailored to student needs. Morgan spearheads the Aquatic Occupational Therapy program, utilising her prior experience as a competitive swimmer, swimming instructor and aquatic therapy assistant. This innovative program provides unique therapeutic opportunities for children.
Recognising the importance of continuous professional development, Morgan has pursued additional training in specialised areas. Morgan has completed training in neurodevelopmental treatment and further aquatic therapy training. Additionally, Morgan has expertise in trauma-informed occupational therapy practice, ensuring a sensitive and supportive approach when working with children who have experienced trauma.
Furthermore, Morgan is adept in handling extreme demand avoidance, affirming their commitment to inclusivity and providing tailored support for individuals with unique challenges in engaging with therapy.

Liana Parker Hanks
Occupational Therapist
Liana graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand.
Prior to working for Pathways Children's Therapy Services, Liana worked at Rotorua Hospital in both the Orthopaedic Ward and Rehabilitation Ward.
Liana is passionate about working collaboratively with children and their families, to achieve their goals and optimise function within their daily lives with the supervision and assistance from the senior OTs within the team.
Liana is enthusiastic and committed to learning from the years of experience offered by such a supportive team at Pathways Children’s Therapy Services.
